Assistant Manager/Manager - IT Solution Sales - Smart World Communication/Smart City Projects (4-10 yrs)
Outcome Required / Strategic Priorities:
(Smart World & Communication / Smart City projects / Data center projects)
- Achieve sales target of IT Data Center Business for the territory, Map and target new customers / projects within the territory, Effectively pursue and convert opportunities into sales to achieve value and quantity sales target, Work closely with business development team to improve product pull at end users, consultants and OEM level through specifying Rittal range of products and solutions, Identify and Develop VAR network to ensure run rate business and channel development, Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities / Critical tasks:
1) Generating Sales orders for Data Center Solutions.
2) Increasing customer base by retaining the existing customers and introducing new customers,
3) Achieving Sales Target & Tracking customer requirement and deliveries.
4) Improve product pull at end users / OEM / consultant level through specifying Rittal range of products and solutions.
Internal Stakeholders:
- Product Engineers, Internal Sales Engineers, Quotation Engineers, Design & PPC Engineers.
External Stakeholders:
- Customers, Channel Partners, System Integrators.
