Qualification: PG in Mass Communication/ Journalism/ Marketing and other relevant discipline
Industry: Banking / Financial Services / Broking
Looking for a dynamic digital marketing candidate to manage the Group's website and digital assets including social media platforms. This will include ownership of social brand channels and strategy from concept to post-implementation analysis. The role requires in-depth understanding of trends in social media platforms and digital marketing, managing online reputation, analysis and tracking.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
- Responsible for managing the company's website and other digital assets like Intranet, social media handles etc
- Leverage SEO to build organic traffic (keyword optimization etc.) and Google Analytics data to improve conversion funnels. Ensure UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms.
- Work with key stakeholders including but not limited to business teams, content partners, designers to develop social media calendar for the brand
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and offer suggestions for improvement
- Perform keyword, industry and competitive research to contribute to content marketing strategy
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders to successfully meet business objectives. Publish, track and monitor engagement and reach on key channels
- Identify and implement website best practices that drive a best in class customer experience to improve marketing effectiveness, maximize conversion rates and grow the digital channel. Enhance brand presence through digital channels, undertake social listening and periodic review / reports compilation
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices and explore new ways to communicate and enhance brand recall through digital platforms
- Ensure smooth running and completion of projects across site builds, online advertising, social media, maximizing online sales opportunities and search marketing.
- Coordinate with creative agencies for production of collaterals (photographs, videos, infographics, GIFs, stop-motion) for website, email marketing, blog and social media usage
- Design and implement campaigns for existing & new customers using Emailers, newsletters, Promotions on Website, Corporate Communications etc.
- Manage the content updates for the group website in coordination with the business teams. Improving the usability, design, content and conversions. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control for digital marketing
CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Post Graduate in Mass Communication/ Journalism/ Marketing and other relevant discipline
- Understanding of Financial Services sector, prior work experience in B2B, BFSI industry or agencies servicing financial clients (3-4 years)
- In-depth knowledge of websites, marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
- Track record of successfully managing SEO/SEM activities, social media, display advertising campaigns
