Assistant Manager/Manager - Corporate Sales - Hotel (4-8 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Responsible for Room Sales of the allocated hotels
2. He should have a pleasing personality and communication skills
3. Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales
4. Represent Hotels in various events
5. Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
6. Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
7. Maintain close business relationships with existing clients through key sales activities.
8. Maintaining a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales solicitation, telephone, Social media or any other written communication.
9. Conducting competitor surveys and recommending strategies based on market intelligence.
10. Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.
11. Closely following up on all business leads within a 24 hour response timeline to clients.
12. Attending all department and hotel meetings as necessary.
13. Targeting key accounts potential for the company.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Graduate with Pleasing personality & excellent communication skills. Should have 4 to 8 Years of experience of Hotel Sales/MICE & Corporate Segments.
Education :
UG : Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG : Post Graduation Not Required
