Result oriented performance for Franchisee locations of Gujarat.
1. Develop location in Gujarat and surrounding areas as per guidelines from management.
2. Develop local business as per target set in existing locations.
3. Generate revenue for PAN India cities through local clients of Gujarat cities.
4. Day to day keen monitoring of operations across all the locations.
5. On time collections for sales generated.
6. Periodic briefing to all the drivers along with franchisee partners.
7. Remain in touch with all the locations thru rigorous travelling.
8. Maintain database regularly to produce to the management as and when asked.
9. Preparing MIS Reports.
10. Taking customer feedbacks and improvise operational strategies accordingly.
11. Handle all the escalations tactfully.
Desired candidate qualification :
1. Graduate in any stream. Post graduate preferred with MBA in business development.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Minimum 2 years experience in similar industry with overall working experience of at least 7 years.
4. Age Group - 30 to 35 years.
5. Base location Vadodara city.
6. Ready to travel minimum 4 days in a week across Gujarat.
