Assistant Manager/Manager - Closing - Real Estate (2-5 yrs)
The Role:
As an Assistant Manager/ Manager - Closing, you are in charge for maintaining and expanding a long-term partnership with the customer by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives. To do so, you need to develop a keen understanding of your product categories and markets.
What You Will Do:
- Be part of the team that will be pre-launching, launching and doing sustenance level sales
- Identify target groups and engaging with them
- Meet prospects, explain details of product and offers and close the sale
- Update leads in CRM and follow up till closure
- Be in touch with architects to be updated on the project
- Ensure high level of conversion and reduce cost of acquisition
What You Need to Succeed in this Role:
- Post-Graduate (MBA Preferred)
- Proven work experience of 2-3 Years (for Assistant Manager role) & Manager role (4-5 years) in Real Estate
- Have experience in selling products, concepts
- Good with Direct Interaction with clients and expertise in Objection Handling
