Assistant Manager/Manager - Channel Sales - Real Estate (2-8 yrs)

Job Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identify potential channel partner by capturing the profile and appoint them.
- Initial training and monthly training must be arranged for updating product pricing, new features, new projects.
- Ensure all CP and ABA are covered on the rotational training within the quarter.
- Two events in a month combining CP and ABA to be arranged (Tie up with financial institutions, Mobile showrooms, Malls, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, Residential Projects etc).
- Payment to CP/ABA within 7 days of bill submission. Compliance with regards to login/duplicate check/ documentation/ sale conversion/ cancellation to be ensured for all CP and ABA.
- Information sharing on competitor channel business. New innovation and specific success trends to be shared formally on a monthly basis.
