The role of an Assistant Manager - Business Development-Catering Partners is to take charge and manage the end-to-end restaurant side of the marketplace for the city business.

Job description :
- Managing the end-to-end seller acquisition programs - Seller Acquisition, On-boarding, Engagement, Retention and Operations Management. Strategize & implement several seller facing programs - LMS, CRM & Retention, among others
- Handling vendor management and operations team, preparing project plan to define the scope, goals, deliverable's and deadlines of project for Vendor and operations team Ensure all deliverable's and outputs are achieved as planned.
- Supplier / vendor acquisition along with area wise mapping of caterers and restaurants, Manage vendor relationships (Governance and communications), preparation and presentation of weekly, monthly and annual reports
- Connecting with the BH on a timely manner for milestone checks and reviews, ensure all stakeholders are informed of movement of key metrics on a timely manner. Publishing weekly and monthly project reports to appraise all stakeholders- metric movement.
- Work closely with Vendor Team to create process to ensure smooth workflow, proper onboarding and ensuring retention.
- Work closely virtual account manager & partner support team in ensuring timely resolution of all escalation and operational problems.
- Supply chain and Demand management, creating a bridge between marketing team and catering partners team to understand demand that is the scale of marketing, expected order growth and accordingly deploying delivery executives with slot (breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner) wise bifurcation in order to achieve desired service-level agreement (SLA)
- Focus on continuous process improvements with goals of reducing turnaround time per transaction, Inventory planning and resource, optimization to drive the benefits of scale of operation, manage the team and ensure high service delivery and execution.
- Working with sales and fleet operation teams to improvise net promoter score (NPS) and great customers satisfaction
Part B :
1. Manage the on-boarding process for catering partners in a structured and timely manner
2. Handling vendor management and operations team, preparing project plan to define the scope, goals, deliverable's and deadlines of project for catering partner and operations team. Ensure all deliverable's and outputs are achieved as planned.
3. Work closely with the catalogue team to ensure changes communicated by catering partners are completed in a timely manner, thereby maintaining the equity with catering partners and consumers
4. Lead a team of associates who would be the one single point of contact with the catering partners and would own the relationship
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Full time Graduate from a reputed college
- Valid driver's license / Alternate Identity proof
- 4-9 years vendor management experience
- Prior experience in leading teams (this is not mandatory but would be preferred)
- Comfortable owning projects without hand-holding
- Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
- Proficient in MS-Office especially Excel
- Communication - Is transparent in communication, with intent to inspire trust and provide the positives and negatives of both individuals and team's action.
