Business Development Manager
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Business Development : AM / Manager.
Location: Hyderabad
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for business growth and ensuring they are met.
Business Development AM / Manager Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field. (Engineering / B.Arch background could be added advantage but not a limiting factor.)
- About of 3-4 years experience in Business Development. Quality of experience is important than # years.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field. Real Estate / IPC / Architects / Fitout Industry suppliers experience is Preferred.
- Business development in Interiors & Design & Build industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and networking skills is a must.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Client Management, proposals, Client's data base.
- 25% domain Experience & 75% of marketing experience is expected
