Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Development - Facility Management (5-8 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customers relationship within the commercial FM industry
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Generate project/business opportunities and RFP's through customer contact to meet company's business plans and growth strategies.
- Drive the sales process from inquiry/RFP coordination through - Closing the Deal-
- Collaborate with the Senior Management to prepare and implement the company's Marketing and Business Development Plan and strategy for meeting business goals.
- Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments.
- Ensure all communication with customers is in accordance with our standards and correct in content and format.
- Adapt to new tendencies and encash opportunities in the market.
- Assess the targeted quality of business coming in; refocusing efforts if off track
- Ensuring the new Client Acquisition than existing to increase the overall reach of the organization in the assigned location
Job Specification :
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Strategic planning & execution abilities into Facility Domain
- Candidate should be a graduate or postgraduate
- Should be highly aggressive, flexible, and adaptable and able to work effectively with a multicultural Workforce.
- Preparing weekly & monthly MIS reports.
