Job Title: Assistant Manager Manager - Business Development
Job Description :
- Increase AUM, Net Sales, and Market Share
- Will be responsible for selling Mutual Fund products to HNI / UHNI Clients
- Generate fresh leads through references
- Achieve the assigned business targets
- Ensuring the highest levels of service to the HNI / UHNI customers
- Effectively handle queries/grievances, while following with TAT
- Liaison within the Organization to ensure that information and servicing needs of the investors are met
- Regular MIS and reporting
Key Skills :
- Ability to think through & implement necessary strategies to ensure healthy market share
- Strong networking & relationship building skills necessary to manage HNI / UHNI Clients
- In-depth knowledge Of MF Industry, Products & Financial Markets (Equity / Debt)
- Excellent Communication & Good Presentation Skills
- Self-Starter, Proactive & Target Oriented.
- High Enthusiasm & Aggression
- Team Managing Skills
- Pleasing Personality
