Assistant Manager - Key Accounts - FMCG (1-5 yrs)
Location- Cochin / Ernakulum
Geography to be handled - North India
Reporting to Sr. Manager Sales

Job Role -
- Responsible for building Modern Trade business for national accounts in North India
- Formulation and execution of Channel Sales Strategy mainly by building Promotion and Trade scheme construct
- Improving Market Share, Average Bill Value, Bill Penetration for all categories with the retailers.
- Category Development and Management for National chains in collaboration with the Consumer insights team.
- Terms of Trade (TOT) closure along with Joint Business Planning with category heads to achieve mutually agreed targets for each chain
- Joint Planning with chains and the Brand Team for New Product Launches and category led initiatives
- Improving Market Share at a chain level and store level
- Formulation of Promotions and discount strategies to drive business for different chains - executing both national and regional promotions
- Driving service levels by efficient forecasting and maintaining inventory at an SKU level
- Responsible for Marketing activities & brand building for the channel
- Introduction, linking and execution of new products across banners
- Devise business plan for upcoming year aligned with corporate strategy
