Assistant Manager- International Sales & Marketing - Chemical (4-9 yrs)
Job Description :
- The person needs to appoint distributors in the international market and ensure sales of companys products through them.
- He should have hands on knowledge about the distribution set up in the countries where he is currently working.
- Formulate and Implement export strategies and activities to increase the companys business & market share.
- Ensuring continuous business and exploring new markets in SAARC Countries.
- Streamlining organizational export procedures to attain smooth flow of communication, cost reduction, effective and accountable coordination
- Attending Trade fairs and Exhibitions to Identifies potential customers and converting them into Business associates and understand developing trends in the Industry.
- Prepare annual budget for the territory by volume and value.
- Achieve budgeted sales at price and terms of payment specified in the budget.
- Monthly and Quarterly review of sales and in case of shortfall of sales volume, recommend appropriate strategies for improvement.
- Suggest packaging options to the Customers and assist them for new product development.
- Compile and Analyse information pertaining to Competitors in terms of price, credit terms, business share, quality assessment etc. and recommends appropriate strategy.
