- We are an Australian Promotion Products supply company located in Melbourne Australia. We have a well sized warehouse in Melbourne, adequate stocks of promotional products and clothing, we are well positioned to serve companies of all sizes across Australia.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Greeting the customers as and when they arrive.
- Understanding the customers' needs and requirements.
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Knowing in and out of the products and services offered by the company.
- Offering excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Keeping the store clean and tidy all the time.
- Describing the product benefits to the customers.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work.
- Developing strategies to improve sales in an efficient manner.
- Schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans.
- Answering customer's questions in a professional manner.
- Monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Keeping an eye on the inventory levels and restocking them as well.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Maintaining the cash register and other financial records.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Staying updated with the latest sales trends and practices.
