Roles and Responsibilities :
The role is responsible for managing sales in a specific territory. The key accountabilities include :
- Preparation of Sales budget & its achievement
- Business development and increase in market share by addition of new customers, retention of existing customers and managing outstanding credit collections in the territory.
- Monitor, implement, develop and make recommendations in areas of group sales strategies, budgets, marketing plans, analysis of market and competitors and customer trends
- Responsible for maintaining existing business & generating new business for international freight
- Receivables management
- Strategic planning & analytical ability
- Aggressive in sales
- Industry/Market Knowledge
- Update on market information with regards to trends & movement in the international freight industry
- Excellent skills in Marketing/Business Development
- Leadership & people management
- Effective decision making
- International Paper work knowledge
- Experience in Courier industry
- Good operations knowledge of international Freight business.
- Import Export knowledge
- International Air operations
- Develops relationships with each distributor and franchise development.
