Assistant Manager - International Business Development - FMCG (2-4 yrs)
Planning :
Strategy Making : Working on strategies for international market expansion, Put new product idea and check its market feasibility, Make strategies to push sales, Country wise market strategy making.
Work with export managers to access opportunities
OPERATIONS :
Product Management
Work with NPD : Work with production related activities for designing, packaging to get product ready
Legal requirements : Work with assessment team and make sure all legal requirements incorporated properly
- Marketing & schemes implementation & tracking
Checking export requirement and plan accordingly
Co-ordination : Understand clients need and get work done accordingly from subordinates ; co-ordinate with other departments for the execution of the same
Market Visit : Market visit for the purpose of market analysis and product performance analysis
Lead Generation :
Dealing with international clients :
- Advising clients about marketing plans for launches or asking for feedback
- Research, identify & develop new International markets in countries over the phone
- Follow up inquiry contacts & referral partners
PEOPLES MANAGEMENT:
- Team management
- Co-ordination between packaging, purchase, design agencies (advertising & design) & export sales people
- Supervision of work.
