Salary Budget: Upto 10 LPA.
Job Specifications:
- The incumbant must be a Graduate with 5 + years experience in Inside Sales .Role involves handling Inbound as well as Outbound Sales team.
- The incumbent should have excellent articulation skills.
- Experience from a International BPO or Edtech Background will be preferred.
- Manage a team of third party call centre agents which includes managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency.
- Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing call center goals. - Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.)
- Quality check on call along with regular audits
