Responsibilities :
- Make daily outbound calls to existing customers, as well as create relationships with new ones to follow-up with orders, billing, shipping, cross-sell, and troubleshoot.
- Explain the correct information regarding orders, products, financing, policy, procedure, account status, and marketing promotions.
- Facilitate sales with dealers and distributors in order to meet minimum requirements for shipments
- Meet all sales goals including overall territory forecast, focus product group and promotions, and phone call quantities/duration.
- Strive to achieve budgeted sales targets for the allocated sales area
- Make regular sales calls to accounts in the assigned area and keep in contact between visits by telephone and e-mail.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure shipments from the warehouse are scheduled in a timely manner
- Enter customer orders into the CRM tool and update the data timely manner
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and potential new prospects
- Maintain control of dealers- stock ensuring correct stock levels are maintained, new products are presented and exit strategies for discontinued products implemented
- Monitor and assist dealer accounts on promotions and rebate schemes, ensuring terms and conditions are adhered to.
- Assist with order/backorder management when needed, troubleshoot orders with problems.
- Summarize each interaction to delight customers and to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Direct Marketing: representing the brand at events such as trade shows, exhibits, on-site clinics, etc. (requires travelling)
