Assistant Manager - Horeca & Institutional Sales - FMCG (3-5 yrs)
Job Description:
- Responsible for sales of the entire range of products for the assigned area.
- Responsible for Horeca and Institutional Sales.
- Ensuring coverage, distribution and visibility of all our brands as per company objectives.
- Focus on new product launch/re-launch to establish product in market & achieve / exceed defined sales targets.
- Collection of payments with orders & timely execution of follow-ups with distributors/direct account.
- Data management and reporting as per guidelines.
- Training and development of all sales officers in the assigned area.
- Managing the commercial control on distributors ( receivables, claims etc) and direct customers.
- Responsible for Relationship Building & Coordination with dealers, distributors & retailers etc.
Education: Any Degree
Work Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Package: 3L - 4L CTC apart from TA & DA
Work Experience: 3yrs - 5yrs
Work Days: 6days/week
Communication: Good Command over English & Hindi
