Assistant Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
Direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. if you have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for achieving targets, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Plan the forecasting and achievement of sales of products.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
