Assistant Manager/Executive - Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)
- As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and assisting the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support agents in achieving their sales targets.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies, goals, and targets for the agency channel.
- Support new hires in onboarding and product knowledge acquisition.
- Support the sales team in achieving their individual and team targets by providing guidance, training, and resources.
Required candidate :
- Any Graduate can apply
- Minimum 2 to 3 years if experience in Field sales
- Must be local candidates
- Good Communication skill
