Key Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition : Identify, research, and approach potential clients in the Finance, Audit, and IT domains to expand the company's portfolio.
- Finance & Audit Client Focus : Target and onboard clients requiring recruitment services for finance roles, including internal audit and financial audit positions.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with recruitment services and long-term partnerships.
- Collaboration with Recruitment Teams : Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met with tailored solutions in the Finance and IT domains.
- Market Research & Strategy Development : Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to develop strategies for client acquisition in finance and audit.
- Support Recruitment Processes : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication between clients and recruiters.
- Reporting & Documentation : Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, client acquisition progress, and strategies for senior management review.
Key Requirements :
- Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience : 2+ years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or a similar role in recruitment or staffing, with a focus on finance or audit clients.
- Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of finance and audit functions, particularly internal audit, financial audit, and general finance domain recruitment.
- Client Acquisition Skills : Proven ability to identify, engage, and acquire new clients within the finance and internal audit sectors.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking : Ability to understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to propose effective recruitment solutions.
- IT Domain Knowledge : Basic understanding of IT roles and ability to support IT recruitment as needed (20% focus).
- Tech Proficiency : Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
