Key Responsibilities :
Lead the Enterprise sales team with examples.
- Recruit, develop and coach EB direct sales team to ensure that they are enabled and empowered to drive and achieve respective KPIs.
- Coordinate with all Dept. for their business vertical needs and make sure high service standards are maintained.
- Key accounts retention and relationship building
- Break through Large Corporate business deals as self-contribution
- Achieve assigned KPIs month by month.
- Achieve the self-month/Quarter/Year Sales Quota and other KPIs
- Make sure all SOPs are well followed EB vertical Sales & all MIS reports submitted on time
- Maintain high service standard and Customers
- Relationship/Retention/business growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum six (6-8) years of experience in a Direct Corporate and Channel, sales, business development or related role.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Relevant experience in ISP/ telecom/carrier relationship and business partner management.
- Experience in building and leading high performance teams.
- Proven experience managing relationships with C-level executives.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
