Responsibilities :

- This role requires a combination of planning, analytical and operational skills.

- The key tasks performed would include, but are not limited to Understand our target market and segmentation strategies.

- Manage a contact database with multiple lists and take ownership of its cleaning and updates Plan, design, schedule and deliver email campaigns. Know about email recipient personas, and develop personalized emails.

- Know the life cycle stages, create efficient funnel and setup email automation engine based on prospect actions and preferences.

- Collaborate with the content, creative, strategy and sales teams to gather campaign assets, and obtain approvals prior to sending.

- Maximize engagement and conversions through techniques such as A/B testing, mobile-friendly templates.

- Ensure full accuracy in all aspects of the campaign through proofreading, link-checking, and test sends.

- Create landing pages for certain lead magnets.

- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations to increase effectiveness.

- Establish all internal processes for end-to-end email marketing.

- Monitor competitors- email campaigns and prepare benchmark reports.

- Ensure that all campaigns follow best-practices for delivery. Recommend new techniques in email coding, design, and testing.

Qualification & Experience :

- UG: B.Tech / B.E. - Any Specialization.

- PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization.

- 1-5 years of email marketing experience with a proven track record of increasing goal conversions.

- Experience in B2B marketing will be a plus.

- Hands-on with multiple email marketing and CRM tools.

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS coding.

- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
