Assistant Manager - Editorial Services (2-5 yrs)

Roles And Responsibilities :
1. Manage team of 20-25 Team Members
2. Managing Team Performance Productivity, Quality, and the internal stakeholders including team members
3. Coaching new team members
4. Review processes and come up with recommendation which can help to improve overall output
5. Identify TNI and bridge gaps
6. Weekly monitoring and coaching to team members
7. Floor support
8. Manage and achieve targets
9. Ensure adherence to company and process guidelines within established productivity standards.
10. Provide supervision and direction to the team and manage their day-to-day activities
11. Maintain and ensure adherence to SOP guidelines by team members
12. Provide monthly feedback to team members on their performance
13. Provider guidance to the team members to effectively complete the assigned task
14. Collects, measures, analyses, evaluates, interprets, and summarizes data
15. Generating reports to be used for performance evaluation of the project
16. Cascade and train the team on process updates
17. Mentor employees by ensuring productivity along with 100% quality
Skills Required :
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in handling team
2. Experience in Editorial Services/Content Writing Space
3. Basic knowledge of computers and MS excel
4. Experience in handling a team and ability to manage team members and subordinates - Preferred.
5. Strong supervisory skills
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
7. Organized and Methodical
8. Quick learner and ability to lead a team
9. Excellent communication & presentation skills Willing to work in fast-growing environment
10. Flexibility with respect to shift timings.
11. Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service.
12. Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments.
13. Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline
14. Passion for learning and creative problem solving
