Experience : 5-6 years- experience in B2C Sales in Packaging / Printing /Sun board / Sun Pack Industry.

Education : Graduate / B. Tech in Mechanical/equivalent engineering.

Role Description :

- The job responsibilities involve preparing Sales Plan and Forecasts for all the Distributors, Achieve fast delivery of Sales Revenue Targets as per the Sales Plan for the Territory with frequent field visits to customers/Distributors and with the use of web based technology like internet, Telephone etc. Operate within allocated budgets for Travel and Communication. Ensure strict adherence to Company Business Principles

- Management of B2C Sales for improving share of business and building strong relations with key personnel at Distributor/customer site.

- Value added selling of printing solutions to Corporate Customers, Converters, Distributors etc.

- Developing new business in target segments/territory

- Identify and develop New Business Opportunities/Distributors in Territory Conversion of Opportunities by providing Sales Presentation, Product Literature etc, arranging samples, coordinating with Customer Support Team and ensuring the deliveries on time.

- Effective Sales Management by Maximizing Revenues in existing Distributors & customers

- Establish and maintain relations and satisfaction with Customers.

- Sales and other Reporting.

Candidate Profile Requirements :

- Graduate / B. Tech in Mechanical/equivalent engineering.

- 5-6 years- experience in B2C Sales in Packaging / Printing /Sun board / Sun Pack Industry.

- An ambitious person with high flair on technical selling and keen aspiration to fast learn, grow business and to grow in organization

- Experience of working with Printing Industry is essential.

- Good communication, commercial and documentation skills are essential

- Knowledge of application engineering at Customer Location is an added advantage.

- Academic Qualification of at least first division in board exams and above.
