Assistant Manager - Direct Sales (2-7 yrs)
Job Description :
To lead the process of customer acquisition and building market share through aggressively targeting new customers in DSAs/Corporate/MDUs/New Builds Sales.
1. Guiding the Direct Sales/Corporate Sales/MDU sales team in the execution of their sales plans in the respective cities to achieve desired numbers and market share
2. Develop effective and productive channel construct to meet targeted numbers and revenue nationally
3. Ensure flow of knowledge, skills and training to the Regional Direct Sales/Institutional/ Corporate sales teams to ensure output as per targets.
4. Build and develop team. Enhance team motivation and productivity levels
5. Supervise MIS generation and analysis on a periodic basis and provide feedback on best practices to Chief Sales Officer
6. Assess training requirements on an ongoing basis. Coordinate with training content and local sales teams to implement training.
7. Provide regular assessments, devise and implement strategies to upgrade sales competence and develop, coach, mentor the sales team members.
