Assistant Manager - Digital Sales - Media (7-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Identify opportunities for growth, formulate business expansion strategies and develop sales strategies to acquire new clients.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales process.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, solution proposing, presentation, negotiating and closing.
- Respond to client questions and concerns, follow up on quotations.
- Assist in the completion of RFPs for the purpose of obtaining new projects.
- Objectively determine alignment between customer's needs and our product.
- Present value proposition and business cases with clear quantitative ROI; analytical thinking.
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with key stakeholders like CEOs, CMOs,
- CDOs, Sales & Marketing Heads, etc. of potential organizations.
- Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance
- Ensure provision of proper after sales support and services to clients
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quota through outbound leads - strategically selling the company's various propositions to new prospects in a consultative manner.
Requirements :
- Prior Media/Digital/Events/Concept product sales experience
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close with big Enterprise.
- Networking : Demonstrated excellent client relations, interpersonal and communication skills, through which you can influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Comfortable in liaising and networking with C-level customers.
- Follow-up : Religious about follow-ups.
- Communication : Strong presenter and communicator with experience presenting to executives.
- Presentation : You can create and deliver presentations to the audience's needs.
- Negotiation : Master of the art and science of negotiation.
- Empathy : You like to listen first and then respond; you don't react.
- Experience : Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in selling technology/digital products/Branded Content.
- Prior experience at a startup is a plus.
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Understanding pricing strategies
