Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing - FMCG (2-4 yrs)

Job Description:
- Plan and monitor the ongoing brand presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and initiate collaborations with Influencers and Bloggers on daily basis
- Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, videos, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
- Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
- Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Requirements :
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Working knowledge of Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms
- Content Creation, Proofreading and Video/Photo Editing Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills
- Enthusiastic and proactive
