Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing - Broking Firm (3-8 yrs)
JOB TITLE : DEPUTY MANAGER OR ASSISTANT MANAGER - DIGITAL MARKETING
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
He / she will be responsible for driving the digital strategy, creative and performance marketing activity across various digital platforms to ensure target achievement for particular business segment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
TO GUARANTEE:
- To contribute to the entire gamut of marketing activities for the business segment:
1. Planning
- Develop an understanding of the business segment, the target audience and consumer profiling.
- Generate insights for customer acquisition and engagement through research.
- Assist in strategizing and developing the digital marketing plan for the business segment a month in advance.
- Planning campaigns for digital channels like Google, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Quora, Affiliate networks, Email & SMS Marketing etc.
2. Marketing Campaign
- Creation of innovative and disruptive performance marketing campaigns for lead generation activity.
- Creating and managing lead funnel for customer acquisition.
- Briefing appropriate agency partners/vendors/affiliates to develop/execute various digital campaigns.
- Propose and maintain budgets for all digital activity related to the business segment.
- Work with internal teams to create and implement marketing campaigns on owned media channels.
- Collaborate with internal IT team to implement appropriate tech for campaign execution.
3. Reporting
- Monitor performance and generate regular reports/dashboards for measurement of the campaigns.
- Plan and organize monthly review meetings with external partners/agencies.
4. Other Marketing Activities
- Handholding the sales team to ensure sales pitch is in sync with campaign communication.
- Look for new avenues in the digital arena to reach and communicate to prospects.

- Adhere to brand and compliance guidelines in all the communication.
- Establishing presence across owned, earned and paid media channels to widen the digital footprint.
- Working towards offering a seamless consumer journey.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA in Marketing/Digital Marketing
- 3-4 years of experience of Performance Marketing in digital marketing - with a Broker / BFSI / Digital Marketing agency
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Understanding of Financial markets is an added advantage
