Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing - BFSI (3-6 yrs)
Position : Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing
Experience : Minimum 5 years
Salary Budget : 4 lpa - 10 lpa

Required Skills :
- In-depth experience of working directly on various digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Search Engine Optimization, etc.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation principles & marketing best practices regarding data capture, campaign analysis & deliverability
- Knowledge and experience developing KPIs & success measures used to evaluate digital channel performance
- Suggest leading practices, latest tools & technologies & drive implementation / continuous improvements
- Demonstrates project management skills & owns end-to-end campaign delivery
- Strong analytical & presentation skills to be able to extract insights from data & to be able to present the same
- Passion for digital technologies & utilizing different digital marketing channels
- Knowledge & experience creating campaign designs using tools viz. Canva, Illustrator, etc.
Job Description :
- Good Knowledge & hands-on working experience on Facebook Ads/Facebook Marketing, Google Ads, Search Engine Optimization, Google Analytics & Email Marketing for generation of leads.
- Create, manage, analyze & optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms to ensure acquisition, conversion with defined performance metrics different sources.
- Monitor & optimize ROI-driven campaigns regularly to meet acquisition & budgeted goals.
- Collaborate with the Social Media & brand team in devising communication strategy (creative & messaging) & bringing this to life
- Plan & execute cross channel digital marketing & re-marketing campaigns, aligned to expected performance & returns.
- Monitor the impact of each campaign/project on key site metrics & report to stakeholders, on a regular basis.
- Constantly innovate & identify fresh ways to grow by tapping into new channels/affiliates/networks to scale campaigns & optimize ROI
- Drive market research & gain insight into competitor strategies & consumer insights & act on them
- Create a proof of concept basis the internal/industry knowledge/consumer insight/ brand information
