Description
Performance Marketing for Digital Business of the Group
- Optimising & improving performance of Companys Digital Products. The process includes forming a KPIs driven strategy, collaborating with relevant teams & agencies to execute the digital marketing campaign across platforms. Campaign optimisation and post campaign evaluation through analytics reading & reporting is continuously done to improve performance.
- Deliver digital customer acquisition campaigns and implement regular optimisations throughout the campaign journey to acquire customers to meet pre-decided KPIs. Through acquisition channels like paid search, SEO, display, social media, affiliates, programmatic buying and email marketing, the objective is to have relentless focus to acquire the targeted customer. Improving conversion rates and better engagement through acquisition user journeys has been the continual objective along with looking for newer & innovative customer acquisition ideas.
Media Planning & Advertising
- Create awareness about digital products, on-going offers & promotions on relevant digital media channels, across geographies. Directing the agency to plan the purchase of relevant media buys (CPC / CPM / CPI etc.) across digital platforms and optimize the plan for the project in hand, to meet set KPIs. Reporting & Analytics to continually optimise the media plan and advertising metrics to achieve set campaign goals and to serve highly targeted & relevant audience.
Social Media Management
- Conceptualize social media content strategy for all brand profiles across platforms to ensure delivery of relevant and engaging content to the targeted audience. Oversee social CRM and ensure positive brand reputation is maintained across digital channels. Ensure relevant content is published for the respective social channel to maintain significance of the social platform and its audience.
Website & SEO
- To create awareness and provide information about new services, digital products, offers or any significant news via content update & rich media. Improve performance of the website and time-spent through improve user experience and driving traffic to website using relevant form of advertising. Conceptualise and deploy creative & engaging microsites for new products and campaigns. Maintain updated brand values on the website and ensure hygiene performance of the web server and inter-connected systems.
Online Visibility
- To foresee growth of the brand across geographies and being present on various social platforms and digital forums / websites. To be present wherever a digital dialogue is taking place about the service or the brand. Ensure implementation of the task through designated tools or through team.
- Utilising existing customer database across geographies, including active, dormant and inactive to target through social and digital campaigns. Additionally, capture new user (prospective customer) and customer data through planned activities via social platforms and webs
