Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing (3-10 yrs)
The role will be responsible for content and creative asset development and management for internal and external communication of products and services.
Role requires good understanding of marketing briefs, ability to translate briefs into effective creatives, campaign management, email marketing and use of other innovative communication channels to drive maximum reach.
Job Description:
- Develop digital assets and content for communication of all related products and services.
- Manage multiple campaigns across platforms and provide analysis to understand success or failure of the same.
- Liase with international POS (regional offices) to understand and deliver the requirements for their markets.
- Strong focus on email marketing, including segmentation of database, personalization of communication and use of industry best practices.
- Design and develop comprehensive communication plans, media plans in association with agency and partners.
- Liase with the respective digital and media agencies on a weekly/monthly basis over call or in person meets to ensure seamless campaign delivery and account hygiene.
- Ensure weekly internal and external calls/meetings with relevant stakeholders
- Create and maintain an annual communication calendar based on marketing activities, annual events and tactical campaigns.
- Manage delivery of creative work with Graphic Designers.
- Maintain JSR (Job Status Report) with each of the agencies to ensure operational efficiency.
- Work closely with internal eBusiness team to ensure support the targets for direct sales contribution to the overall network.
- Evaluate and engage with partners to generate ancillary revenue through strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with relevant partners and industry players to enhance brand reach and awareness
Candidate's Profile:
- Candidates with experience from a reputed digital media marketing agency will be preferred.
- Prior experience in handling large scale campaigns, marketing communications and agency relationship is required.
- The candidate should possess good analytical skills, budget management, coordination skills and strong organizational and communication skills.
