- Experience : 7-12+ years in Phosphating/Pre-treatment
Responsibilities :
- Drive revenue growth in the phosphating segment.
- Pursue new business opportunities and expand customer base.
- Develop compelling proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Implement strategic business development plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
