Job Description : Assistant Manager - Paint, Putty, or Tile Adhesive/Or Deputy Manager- paint, Putty or Tile Adhesive.

Position : Assistant Manager

Location : Dhanbad

Experience Required : Minimum 4 years in paint, putty, or tile adhesive industry

Team Handling Experience : Minimum 2 years

Notice Period : Immediate to any notice period candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities :

- Operational Management : Oversee day-to-day operations in the paint, putty, or tile adhesive production unit, ensuring efficient and smooth processes.

- Team Leadership : Manage and motivate a team, ensuring high performance and productivity. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.

- Quality Control : Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations.

- Inventory Management : Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials and finished products. Coordinate with procurement for timely supply.

- Process Improvement : Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Customer Relations : Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Compliance and Safety : Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Industry Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience in the paint, putty, or tile adhesive industry.

- Team Management : At least 2 years of experience in handling a team, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of the production processes and quality standards in the paint, putty, or tile adhesive industry.

- Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly address issues and implement effective solutions.

- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, management, and customers.

- Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Flexibility : Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing business needs.
