Job Summary
The person will be responsible for build healthy business relations with major accounts including corporate clients, enterprise clients, institutional clients.
Job Details :
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
- Meet goals and metrics
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Identify key customer needs through sales call and meetings.
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major accounts including corporate clients, enterprise clients, institutional clients etc.
- Communicate and cross sell new opportunities to the existing and potential clients.
- Identify and develop new streams for revenue growth and maintain relationship with customers to achieve repeat /referral business.
- Solid experience and track record of independently closing high value sales deals
- Co-ordinate with different departments in order to resolve the queries / service request of complains of the customer.
- Follow up with the customers for timely collections.
Desired Profile Requirements
- The candidate must be a graduate / post graduate.
- Should be able to manage the Branch team members
- Ability to build quick rapport with multiple contacts within client organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A good track record for moving business to the next level
- Outperforming revenue goals and enhancing overall profitability.
- The candidate should be pleasant, presentable and possess excellent communication skills.
