Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - International Sales - Export Division - Tyres (3-19 yrs)
Position Title: Asst. / Deputy Manager - International Sales / Exports
Market Exposure : International markets - Exports / Sales into Africa region ( desired)
Language : English ( Must) / French (preferred & will be an added advantage)
Location : Mumbai
Tire : Off highway tyres ( farm / industrial / OTR )

Key Responsibilities :
- Will be responsible for sales & business development in the allocated region.
- Distributor appointment in new markets
- Dealer / customer Development in existing distribution channels in the region
- Create sales opportunities for distributor / dealers to increase the sell outs.
- Meet end users & institutional customers, map their requirements and create business opportunities in the region.
- Finalize monthly orders as per annual plan agreed with the distributors / customers.
- Identify new products requirements, market requirement & information collection needed to develop specific product for specific application.
- Ensure market penetration for complete product range of company products in his region.
- Conduct regular customer meets & training of customer staff on product orientation.
- Coordinate with finance & logistics to enable them complete the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with marketing departments to plan customer campaigns & promotional activities in the region
Candidate Profile :
- Graduate or Postgraduate with MBA in Sales & Marketing with 3 to 5 years of experience in international sales / exports.
- Preferred Age Group : 26 to 30 years.
- Industry - Tyres (preferred) /automotive / farm & industrial machinery components .
- Should be a performer & take challenges to meet sales targets.
- Should be agile & ready to travel 50% of time for sales & business development.
- Should be a good team player & able to work with colleagues across functions to achieve results
- Good learner, flexible & able to grasp product knowledge.
- Detail Oriented & both short & long term results oriented & have the ability to get into the nuts and bolts of issues impacting business.
- Ethics : require strong value systems and act as a role model for team members to emulate.
- Should be ambitious & keen to build his career within organization to take bigger responsibility.
