Responsibilities:
- Site Identification
- Conducting Market Research for the city covering competitions.
- Competition mapping of the city and the catchment area
- Rental benchmarking of the catchment area and Negotiation with property owner.
- Present the site in RE meeting in front of Management Committee team to get the site approved.
- Negotiation on the scope of work with the land lord and get the work done as per company specifications.
- Study the legal paper and forward to the Legal team for due diligence.
- Initiate the process of perfect Legal documentation for the execution of Lease deed.
- Make sure that the scope of work is being carried as per our timelines and schedule planned.
- Co-ordination with market research team to get the forecast number of the catchment area.
- Co-ordination with Project/ Design and construction team for smooth hand over of the site.
