Job Description :
- Basic job profile will be communicating with Customers, Shipping Lines, Agents, etc for sea and air import freight consignments.
- Taking enquiries and mailing quotes to Customers in consultation with the concerned Sales person.
- Coordinating with the respective departments & offices within the organization to ensure smooth handling of each shipment.
- Giving consistent feedback to the Customer throughout the execution of each shipment.
- Coordinating with local service providers as well as overseas agents and maintaining cordial relations with them.
- Preparation of various MIS Reports as and when required.
Key Skills : Good Communication Skills
Experience : 3-6 years
Job location : Pune
Working Days : Mon to Saturday
Gender : Male/ Female
Qualification : Graduate
Must : Candidates from Import Only and Freight Forwarding Industry
