POSITION SUMMARY : 

Carrier dispute resolution team for PAN India is centralized at Hyderabad. This role is responsible for administering the billing dispute resolution with other Telecom companies for all data products of the designated customer accounts along with corrective/ preventive measures. This role involves back-end coordination with various internal teams along with front end dialogues with customer for reconciliation/ dispute resolution.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES : 

- Ensure accurate resolution of customer's billing disputes for Carrier segment, for leased line Data circuits. Explain same to customer and collection teams.

- Compute adjustments and obtain requisite approvals as per Delegation of authority(DOA) for parked disputes.

- Ensure corrective actions for the disputed links/routes to avoid repeat dispute over same.

- Engaging with cross functional teams and periodic feedback sessions and collect the internal customer voice.

- Monitor liquidation for the month against the allocated dispute invoice targets.

- Inventory reconciliation for allocated customer accounts..

SKILLS : 

- Experience in Leased line billing (Kenan)/Dispute reconciliations/ collections.

- High requirement on risk assessment and dispute resolution which enables efficient collections.

- Should have good analytical, co-ordination, communication and presentation skills

- Excellent knowledge in MS-Excel,ACL/SQL/MS-Access.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE : 

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Telecom industry (After post-graduation/ Graduation) preferably under carrier/enterprise domain.
