Assistant Manager - Customer Service Operations - BPO (1-5 yrs)
Title: Asst. Manager - Operations
Relevant Experience: 1 - 5 Years (As an Asst. Manager)
Location: Gurgaon and Noida
5.5 days working
10.5 hours shift

Responsibilities:
- Candidate should have experience / knowledge with several of business (Inbound - Voice),
- Creation and monitoring of operational metrics.
- Establish and expand relationships with key individuals. Manage client relationships, client visits etc.
- Managing escalations related to people, policies and process.
- Motivate team members, Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Looking after capacity planning, staffing forecast and administration of the operations floor.
- Motivating and inspiring the team to surpass their potential.
Education & Experience:
- Should have 5+ years of relevant experience with BPO.
- Must have bachelor degree
- Well versed with MS Excel & Power Point.
