JD :
- Manage incoming phone calls.
- Be able to understand the nature of the client issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate demos on products and services.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of daily communications and issues resolved.
- Resolving client issues via WhatsApp, Emails, Phone and Remote software.
- Providing Training to end Users
- Collaborate with tech team or MR team for updates on errors and get them solve and communicate with the client.
- Making sure the support line is up and running all the time.
