Provide support to customers via phone, chat, email etc.

Performing call backs as required to solve issues raised by customer.

Coordinate with other departments to solve customer issues.

Come up with new trends in customer behaviour and constantly improve processes.

Skills Required:

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Problem solving skills.

Should have patience to handle customers and resolve customer's issue.

Well versed with the MS Office and type speed of 30-40 wpm.

Sales Background would be an added advantage.

2 to 4 yrs overall experience.
