Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. - Responsibilities :
1. Operational Support :- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.

3. - Customer Satisfaction : Maintain high standards of customer service by resolving issues promptly, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. - Performance Management : Monitor employee performance, conduct regular performance evaluations, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
6. - Sales and Revenue Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and achieving revenue targets, while also contributing directly to sales efforts.
7. - Budget Management : Assist in budget planning and management, including cost control measures and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
8. - Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, particularly regarding health and safety standards.
9. - Administrative Tasks : Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records accurately.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or a similar industry.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
7. Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and sales techniques.
