Assistant Manager - Customer Relationship Management (4-7 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :
- Execution of agreements, bank documents, others etc.
- To document and provide all relevant details of payments to the clients.
- Generating & dispatching demand /reminder letters for payments & regular follow-ups with clients & Housing Financial Institutions for payments.
- Co-ordination with accounts dept. regarding the accounts management of clients.
- Monitor complaints and ensure follow up on corrective action.
- Arrange Site visits to the Customers and assist them on all the aspects in terms of the project progress till completion.
- Actively attend to any query in regard to Sales, Legal, Finance and any concerned department.
- Effectively handling customer queries and following up and resolving the same on time.
- Post Sales responsibilities / services.
- Maintenance of inquiry database obtained from sales team.
