Assistant Manager - CRM - Real Estate (2-4 yrs)
- Interface with the customers during the post sales and represent the company. Communicate with clarity with them as regards the progress of their booking.
- Address queries on a routine basis and manage escalations. Co-ordinate with the relevant departments like Accounts / Sales / Engineering / Architecture for collating information and communicating to the customers
- Maintain and provide regular MIS the management
- Spearhead the loyalty program among existing customers
- Provide direction and leadership to the modifications team for modifications required by customers. Ensure that the modifications policy and SOP is adhered to.
- Work closely with the Engineering Department to understand project status and delays if any Ensure timely communication of the same status updates to the customer.
