Designation: Assistant Manager/Manager Sales
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Management
Experience: 2+ years of experience in selling water treatment or waste management solutions to Corporate and Govt. Organizations
Job brief:
- We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Assistant Manager/Manager Sales to sell our offerings to Corporate as well as Govt clients.
- The successful candidate will become the point of reference from office and for Customers, by keeping schedules and sharing inputs, documentation and information. This person to be the first and primary touch point for the Customer.
Areas of responsibilities includes, but not limited to :
- Generate Leads for business through internet, network or any other sources
- Participate in tradeshows/ events to generate leads for the company.
- Qualify leads based on budget, need, authority, timeline etc.
- Progress qualified leads to closure and payment collection
- Create rapport with customers for repeat business
- Achieve Quarterly/ Yearly billing and collection targets
- Educate customers/ prospects from time to time about our offering to get their mindshare.
- Update MIS on regular basis and share timely information with Management about prospects and closures.
- Handling client issues and ensure that issues are sorted to client's satisfaction.
- Train internal staff to ensure that everybody work towards customer delight.
Requirements :
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills - English & Hindi
- Pleasing personality
- Hunger to generate and close business
Working Hours: 0900 Hrs - 1800 Hrs
Work days: Monday to Saturday
