Assistant Manager - Corporate Sales - Real Estate (1-2 yrs)
- Focus on Sales targets and achieve the revenue generation targets for the company
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Revenue generation through real estate corporates and vendors.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and go for field client acquisition.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and marketing activities.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections of customers.
- Lead generation and conversion of leads into the business prospects for revenue build up.
Experience of minimum 6 months in real estate .
Salary - upto 2.7 LPA_ Lucrative incentives
