Detailed Job Description:
Responsible for Sales & Distribution of Co-branded Credit card Sales, People Management, Partner Engagement, Work under budgeted Cost assigned & Responsible for overall Business Operations of assigned Territory. Hiring & Deployment of FOS in Partner Outlets, Spread on Distribution of Sales Team in available Partner outlets, Responsible for Backend operation's team on fulfillment of Applications sourced from Stores. Need to operate the Business under assigned cost of acquisition, Control on Attrition of Team members, Deliver the Targets in given time frame, Ensure regular Training for New Team & Refresher Training for the existing team members.
Key Responsibilities include:
- To generate credit card business through Point of Sale/FOS Channel in open market.
- Achieve New Account Volume for the location - Overall, surrogate wise
NFTE Management - Hiring, Training & Grooming of NFTE's.
- Identify & execute on strategies to achieve planned targets.
- Identify business opportunities' in Open Market Retail & Point of Sale and build consensus within sales team to execute on them.
Key Skills & Qualifications Required :
- Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree in Management Studies,
- 2- 5 year experience in Sales / Collection and Marketing
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills,
- Skills on People Management to Control the Attrition of team members,
- Big size team handling experience & Hiring skills
- Ownness of End to End relationship with Concerned people involved in overall Business Operations,
