Assistant Manager - Corporate Sales - Healthcare (3-6 yrs)
Position Description: AM - Corporate Sales
Basic Function : The - AM - Corporate Sales- is responsible for fostering new relationships with Corporates, work with them to reduce their cost of healthcare underwriting and maintain good working relationship with the existing ones in given geography.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for new Corporates
2. Working with key stakeholdes like HR, CMO and Union Leaders
3. Generating leads from existing markets through reference
4. Flexible working in field
5. Organizing camps with short notice periods
Desired Qualifications :
1. 3-6 years of experience as Corporate Sales with good healthcare company
2. Good Knowledge of Gurgaon and surrounding area with working relationship with Major Corporates
3. Good Knowledge of Computers / Smartphone
4. Good Knowledge of Word/Excel/Email
5. Strong convincing skills and multitasking
6. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
7. Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA in Sales & Marketing
8. Ability to touch base with top 100 corporates quickly
Working Conditions :
1. Will work in the field
2. Daily extensive travel to existing and prospective partners will be necessary
3. 6 Days / Week
