Assistant Manager - Corporate Gifting - Metal (5-7 yrs)
Reporting To: Sr Manager - Corporate Gifting
Main Tasks:
To assist Senior/ Regional Manager in generating sales of precious metals through corporate client acquisition
Area of Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior/ Regional Manager to generate sales in the region and achieve desired target
- New clients acquisition
- Development of new key account
- Ensure profitability
- Accountable for Timely remittance of the receivables. Gather information on competitor strategy
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of the orders
- To maintain the integrity and Image of the Brand
- Will require to attend gold/silver distribution event pan India
- Preparation & Updations of Lead management and MIS
Career Progression:
Manager > Sr. Manager > Chief Manager
Educational Qualification:
MBA/PGDBM in Marketing
Skill Set:
- Basic knowledge of various corporate companies operating in India - esp. Precious Metals Business
- Basic knowledge of Gold/Silver/Diamond
- Good communication and inter personal skill
- Self-motivated and target oriented.
- Go-getter and good negotiation skills
- Initiative in learning
Communication Skills:
Good command over oral/written English and local language
